- I would say these had very good sound. Had an issue where the right ear phone would only keep a 5 minute charge. Bought them specifically for the translation ability as we are going to Italy in May. I didn’t realize there was a subscription payment for this service. Definitely returning them.
- I purchased these through the Mashable shop, but felt it prudent to leave a buyer beware here. I tried these in late January and found that these didn’t hold a charge and I couldn’t access the premium subscription. I then contacted support (MyManu). It took over a week for response from the vendor. I followed their instructions to a T. Charge 20+ hours, check, finish registration , check. I got access to the subscription with no problem. However the headset would not hold charge within 7 minutes 25% of the charge was gone. I reached out to the vendor again. After more than a week again I received a very unprofessional response from them that I didn’t follow the instructions after repeating my exact following of their process and sending screenshots and they copy pasted the last set of instructions not even appearing read what I had provided them.There is no resolution, they are currently not allowing me to return these, and I’m exasperated in dealing with them. It’s not worth the hassle.
