- It was easier to install than I expected. Worked like the original. When I did have a question the customer service was excellent.

- Screen worked, but bottom border was way too thick the screen protector it came with just made it that much more obvious that the ratios of the screen were completely off.
- Got this after my iPhone’s screen broke, needed a cheap way to fix my phone and this fit the budget. I’ve had screen replacements done before with varying results so expectations were relatively low however I am happy to say that this fits perfect, works exactly as described and saved me a bunch of money. I didn’t personally install the screen however the person that did mentioned it was relatively easy to install. I haven’t experienced any issues since installation; the screen is responsive and works just like OEM. Would highly recommend if you or someone you know is able to install it.
- It’s easy to install with all the tools included. Screen looks bright, clear and seems to be made of good quality.Screen protector that comes with it is very useful.
- The replacement screen I ordered from the first order. The screen did not even last a full 5 days before going out!!Original: 1st issue: the instructions say to check the screen after newly installed. Completely skip this step and apply the adhesive before you reconnect the parts. Chances are the screen will work.2nd issue: upon installation it does not say to put screen back in starting with the left side. Please be very careful here and make sure the metal prong near the screen cables is on the inside of the iPhone frame. I’m not sure if my screen prong was just slightly off thus what caused it to hit the frame of iPhone instead of sliding into the correct area to snap in like all of the other prongs did. When installing this issue resulted in breaking the oled. Now my daughter is phoneless until I get a new screen. I have installed quite a bit of iPhone and iPad screens and this was the first time I had an issue.Otherwise the screen seemed to be fine I’m not 100% sure due to the 2nd issue above so cannot comment on that aspect.

- The media could not be loaded. Comprehensive instructions and handy magnet for screws. New screen works well but isn’t quite as clear as the factory one. Overall I’m happy with it.
