• I ordered the S20 Ultra (renewed) in excellent to replace my aging S9. I was expecting delivery on Saturday and received it on Wednesday, earlier delivery is already a plus in my book. It did not come in an original Samsung package but I was not expecting it to so that is just fine. IN the box the phone was wrapped in bubble wrap and I received the Sim tray opening tool a charger and a charging chord. The phone was not fully charged but it had plenty of charge to get things set up and to still be good to go for quite a while if needed. The outside of the phone was perfect and the only thing really saying that this was not a brand new phone was that it did not have the manufacturer piece of plastic film on it to peel off.The phone appears to be running perfectly as well and runs a lot smoother and with more features of my old S9.All in all there was only one negative. When I plugged the phone into the supplied charging chord I did get a pop up warning message about the charger and checking all the connections would not solve the issue. The good news is that if I used one of my cables that I already have the phone happily charges with no issues. The charging block they sent works fine, it is just the actual USB C cable that is bad.Right now my new phone is sitting in the case I bought for it and is charging up. With the minor exception of that cable I am extremely happy with this purchase so far (it\'s been less than a day) and I am glad I made it, especially since the price is so much better than what I would pay for the new model or what I would have paid for this one if I bought it when it came out.
• The first thing I noticed is that it was mostly clean and shiny with no scratches. The second thing I noticed was the rattling sound from something loose inside of it. The third thing was the glued seam was opening slightly. As I charged it and turned it on, the battery life was something that would last all day, at least. The screen was bright and everything seemed to work alright. The charger cable (USB-C) was a little bent where it connected to the phone, but still delivered a power punch to the phone. The reason why I got this particular phone was for the photo quality and video quality as well as the ability to expand the space with an SD card.Conclusion: I mustn\'t take this out in water, or it\'ll be toast. Get a case asap (ordered). Don\'t get too attached to the phone. Take lots of photos and videos.I\'m happy to have it so far, except it almost has a mind of it\'s own. As long as it does what phones are supposed to do, splendid. Sometimes bells, sensors and whistles that are more for collecting thoughts and feelings than for being a truly useful tool for the user is less than beneficial. I\'m fairly certain I\'m not the only one who feels this way, though I\'m not yet going to go so far as to get the Light Phone, better for those who just want something that rings.
• When I got it, it had no scratches and looked like new. Everything worked and I had no problem hooking it up to my phone service. Fast charging was great, fingerprint reader worked (had to get used to the new location), Good battery life. Now after using it for several months, and I don\'t know how many of these are the phone or outside influence, but when I hook it up to my computer (USB) the connection keeps getting reset and I cant even read the dir from the phone let alone dl anything, will charge from comp, and tried different settings. Also Fast charge settings don\'t want to work anymore, my phone just keeps resetting the interface (like plugging and unplugging) I wont rule out my chargers yet, they are cheap ones. And I wont rule out the cables (I only have C to C cables)
• I wish I could have kept the phone. The screen looked nice. Like a lightly used phone. Almost new. But the very first day it was having an issue with the charging port. I put it aside for 2 days. Then I tried USB-C headphones and it also had the same problem. Where it said moisture detected. So the phone was unusable. The customer service was fast. I would message them and the next day I had a response. They gave m a shipping label. They contacted me once I returned it. Then they refunded me. I would give it 5 stars if the phone worked. So I\'m giving 4 out of 5 stars for the good customer service.
• Growing tired of my Moto G Stylus 2021 I wanted something better but affordable. Going after a flagship phone that\'s a few years old was a perfect option. This phone upon arrival blew me away. It arrived super fast and clean! No marks what so ever. I was however disappointed upon turning it on that it had 0% battery. I charged it up. Put in my carriers sim and set it up. I\'ve had this phone for 15 days now and so far and I\'m blown away. Cameras are incredible. The operation of day to day functions are flawless. The battery life is excellent. I purchased an LK 2 Pack Screen Protector kit which was easy to apply and an Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra Case, Rugged Protective Cover. Very happy with my purchase. Fingers crossed that I am still feeling this way after the 90 days.
• I was expecting it to be a knock off version of a galaxy but I was like hey if it is I can return it. It turned out to be a genuine galaxy. From the little details to the bigger ones. The glass is the biggest give away, it\'s not that cheap glass knock offs have. Although the charger it came with didn\'t really work and it doesnt come in the well know galaxy box with the Sim card pick and the fast charger. Otherwise I would have given it 5 stars. Overall I\'m very happy with my new phone. 😊😊 Amazon has delivered yet again.
• looks new, no scratches .very clean screen. discolouration at the charging point only. it works well.though booting comes on with t-mobile which am not able to remove for now.can i clear it with phone reset/ factory reset. so far works well. phone shipped same day I made the order. very fast shipment.
