- I have a mild hearing loss and needed something that would let me enjoy watching TV without having the volume of the speakers turned up to the distraction of others. This headset was reasonably priced, and while not as comfortable as headphones, it is not uncomfortable either. It will allow me to watch TV with its own volume control, and still allow the speakers of the TV to function for those who do not have hearing issues. My only issue with this headset is that its clarity could be improved. I have used this only for listening to voice programs, and I have not used it for listening to music.
- This is my second one. The first one quit working they said return it and I did and got my money back. Then ordered a competitors and it quit after one day plus the sound was not good and the distance reception was poor plus the time it lasted was short. Ordered a second simo;io and this one works great. The second battery comes in handy when listening for extended periods
- I love RF wireless headphones (can walk in the other room and still hear TV, no pairing, etc) but I don\'t like wearing giant headphones. They aren\'t comfortable over time. But for me, I am constantly turning my head when I watch TV, and I watch it from a recliner with my feet up, so slightly reclined. This means the transmitter is not hanging free (like it might be when sitting up straight) but laying on my clothes at the top of my chest... so anything with a collar or bulky clothes will create a pull on your ears every time you turn your head due to that transmitter dragging across your clothes (or getting stopped by a partly zipped hoodie or whatever). But even if wearing a simple flat tee (or shirtless), turning your head while reclined still puts torsion on the arms since they don\'t move independently from the transmitter. You\'re wearing a fixed \"horseshoe\" that isn\'t made to flex in the way it needs to for turning your head when reclined.Despite it having so many Pros I had to request a return after just one hour of use, as it was clear that even if I got past the discomfort from the buds (like found another pair that worked), the fact I couldn\'t turn my head without it pulling on my ear canals was a deal breaker. I\'m always reaching to that side table for something - even for remotes.So I ordered the Sennheiser Flex 5000 [which also uses RF] as it allows you to make any wired headphones wireless by plugging them into a little receiver you can keep on your person or place next to you. The receiver is only 1.1 oz (half the weight of the receiver on the Simolio) and has vol and bal controls. It communicates with the transmitter (also included) and has a few audio envelopes to choose from to enhance sound. The battery capacity is up to 12hrs and comes with a pair of Sennheiser earbuds, in case you prefer them over your own. This will be super handy to be able to wear my comfy wired buds, without being tethered to the TV. I don\'t mind at all carrying a receiver on my person as long as it\'s not hanging from my ear canals. This will allow me total freedom of head movement, zero pressure on my ears, and with the receiver will be able to walk into the next room and still hear the TV. And it\'s only about $50 more... worth it to me in the long run.But if the Simolio is comfortable for you it could be your favorite new device. Just didn\'t work out for me.

- One of big problems with movies and shows today are that it is difficult to understand the people talking. There is either too much background noise, the music is too loud, the people speak quietly or mumble. These SIMOLIO 2.4G Digital TV Wireless Headphones work very well at improving the clarity of dialog in movies and shows. They are light weight, comfortable, easy to charge and the battery charge lasts quite awhile. Really glad I bought these as I tried a few others that didn\'t work very well but these Simolio do!

- Had this product 8 months when it failed. When it was new it was good but just too expensive for such a short life. This was my second set in three years…Both failed. There won’t be a third purchase!UPDATE...After the frustration from the repeated product failure, the seller has extended excellent customer service. - Simolio suggested that I present the facts related to installing the headset for our Samsung Q70 TV. They acknowledged that there are variables that may challenge a \"plug and play\" approach with a pre-delivery email. In our case, the initial installation didn\'t work. After addressing the various suggested approaches, we found that the output format from the TV was the problem. The output mode needed to be PCM. The following text is offered by Samsung for switching the output mode to PCM:\"Navigate to Settings, and then select Sound. Select Expert Settings, and then select Digital Output Audio Format. Next, choose your desired audio format:PCM: This setting is only recommended to use if your sound system experiences issues on higher settings (meaning the system may not be compatible with Dolby), or if it is the only option available for the content you are currently displaying on the TV. This setting will only output the left and right channels (2.0) and is not capable of multi-channel surround sound.Works great now.Hope this helps.
