- Just can\'t tell you enough, have owned this for a VERY long time, absolutly love and trust this pack, and love my Zendure products, they are essential to my work, my content creation, and to my navigation system on my sailboat.. I do NOT trust the boats native system, but Zendure have been with me on so many sails.. always exactly as expected.. don\'t save on creappy powerpacks.. Zendure is the real thing and works when it matters.PS why can\'t I find a link for the SuperBase M ?
- Took approx 4 hours to charge my Dell Latitude Laptop from 7% to 100%. Laptop was ON, but Top Closed. Approx 35% remained on the Power Bank. Haven\'t been able to do a true test with my MacBook Pro, but I\'m sure it will Charge faster. Overall, I believe it\'s a good buy. However, Zendure should increase the overall Price and include a USB-C Power Adapter. Also, it took hours (perhaps 10), to charge the Power Bank. So once you use it, it will take an overnight Charge to return it to 100%, based on how much Capacity you had depleted.
- Mine worked great for about 18months. Display still works but will not charge phone or tablet through USB-c
- Overall I love this charger. It quickly powers up a laptop, and you can charge multiple other devices at the same time. It does lose power more quickly than I had anticipated, particularly when you charge multiple devices.
- The led status screen is hard to read or broken. Looks like it may be an error code 188 but no doc on error codes. Status is important on this device since it charges both directions on the same port and has a low power option but I have no clue what state it’s in or how much charge. Maybe I got a defective unit? Or it’s just crap.
- It\'s definitely a great product if you\'re looking to power multiple devices or one big device. I use it for my phone, laptop, and my Switch, and the fast charging USB-C port is also a great bonus. It is pretty heavy and a bit bulky, which does make me scared to drop it, but I do genuinely think that its superb function make up for that. Would recommend!
- Out of the box it was completely dead which is not a good sign for lithium ion devices. While charging it behaved weirdly by charging to 90% then dropping to 60%. Finally when it got to 100% I ran it through a discharge test which only showed 20K mAh and the the reported 27K but I\'m used to that. However when I let it sit, it would drop over 10% charge per day. After 6 days it was completely dead again. I tried this a couple times and contacted the company. After a couple weeks of back and forth I got a \"just return it to Amazon.\" They did respond but seemed unconcerned about their product. I returned it and will stick with Anker products since those have never let me down.
- This little guy looks like a luggage (without spinners). It looks so cute and the material feels durable and nice. The overall quality seems pretty good.It is pretty heavy, but considering I am gonna use it to charge my MacBook and phones, it is of a reasonable weight.The power bank itself charges really fast, so does it to the other devices. Love it.
