I like every thing about them so far. Multiple pieces to fit inside the ears well and the noise cancellation actually works well. Sound quality is very good as expected. Battery life could be better yet overall a solid product and I\'m happy with the purchase.

The left ear bud did not work. I followed the troubleshooting, updated the firmware. I asked for support and the reseller didn\'t follow through. This was a failure on all parts, not a good experience at all.
