- If you want to purchase a gimbal from a company that will nickel and dime you at every turn.Then, this is the company for you.To start their Sta Cam app doesn’t even give you the ability to keep the videos you recorded on your device without paying them to do so. That’s only the tip of the iceberg.Next up on their other app zy cami if you want the ability to remote control your device with another phone that is behind a pay wall as well called prime membership or prime plus.They do not tell you how much it costs anywhere and it isn’t even available for this device.So even if you want to purchase it you cannot so those features and more are just completely locked out.I won’t go through every way they nickel and dime you but trust me you will not be impressed with the way they run their business.Unless you have a heavy phone I highly recommend any other gimbal.This is by far the heaviest biggest clunky gimbals out that I have tried. With no extras like a pouch/bag created to hold it like almost every other company gives you.Also if you’re going to be shooting in vertical, do not purchase another light you can only use one.Might be good but with the abilities behind pay walls that don’t even work. There is no way to know.I will update this review if anything changes.
