- this headset is great. cell phone signal where i live isn\'t all that great and calls tend to be difficult to hear when I can make them in my area. AFter getting this headset have much better clarity when making / receiving calls on my cellphone at / near home.
- I had this headset for 2 months. It has stopped working. Pretty sure the dongle is broken. I called up Poly to resolve the issue. After some trouble shooting they established that there was some sort of hardware problem, likely with the dongle. First they told me that the headeset has a warranty but the dongle does not. Then, after asking for management, they wanted to replace the whole thing with a refurbished product. Why would I give them my new product only to get one of half the value back??
