- The app for this device is the worst. The gimble works took a long time to learn the ins and outs. I like the other brand of gimble better it had a magnet to hold the phone on. I hope they come up with a better app.
- The gimbal held an S22 Ultra or IPhone 13 Pro Max without a problem. The side knob didn’t work as a focus with the S22 but it would control zoom. I bought the item used and had to contact customer service about it being registered to another account and they were quick to respond and very helpful. I\'ve read other reviews that complained about customer service but that was not my experience at all. Overall great product and support.
- Best gymbal in the market. It took me a while to learn how to use it, kept watching YouTube videos about it, I believe now I have a decent management but it wasn\'t easy. Once you have the experience this gymbal will improve your shots and pictures at a professional level. 100% recommended
- Pay attention to who you are buying from. \"The School Spirit\" is the name I had purchased this stabilizer from. I ended up returning this product because it is definitely NOT a great product. At the time of this review, it\'s been 25 days since the return was accepted and still no refund and ZERO communication or updates from seller.As for the product itself... It\'s okay, I guess. It stabilizes phone camera footage and has a small handful of other features that get old really fast. None of it is special or anything that is going to make your videos any better. Maybe if you were vlogging or IRL streaming it would come in handy. But, of all the big-time vloggers and streamers out there, I\'ve never seen any of them use a stabilizer and their content does not suffer without it. If you look at all the videos on YouTube about phone stabilizers, you\'ll quickly notice they\'re all tutorials and unboxing videos. Nobody uses these things in their daily life. Pretty disappointing overall.Again, be careful who you buy it from if you still think you need this thing. But honestly, you don\'t need this.
- after reading manual, how to set up and using gimbal stabilzer easy to use. my hand shakes quiet a bit so this will help me to get clear photo\'s and video
- The ad indicated that this item included the carrying case and magnetic LED light but when I received the item, neither of those items were in the package………..it was only the basic unit.
- The hardware seems solid but getting the gimbal paired is the first hurdle. It is hit or miss. May work fine one day and the next day I have to go through extra gyrations to to get it paired in BT. ZY Cami app is incomplete for using all the functions of the rig. You have to use the Sta Cam app in conjunction and it is problematic as well. I know there is Filmic Pro app that supposedly does a better job but I would rather see the manufacturer update their apps to function as advertised. I do NOT recommend purchasing this gimbal until they get it right.
