- I bought this for my father to use with the TV. He can now hear the TV so well and keep up with what is going on. He just loves it.
- Unable to connect so did not really function for us
- I like the ability to transition from Earbuds to Speakers, but neither has good sound quality that I have taken for granted (don\'t get me wrong, it\'s not terrible, but I\'m used to better outputs). the only issue is the feedback it does when transitioning between the different modes (microphone picks up quite a bit). I have not been able to test the Call function, but i\'ll update the review when the time comes.
- The media could not be loaded. Never received customer service replies to inquiries from the git go, since I first purchased the neck band blue tooth. It has apparently stopped charging a year since I\'ve had it Called the 888 number they have listed on the app, you get a voice mail asking you to leave a message and no one returns the call. The bottom line is you\'re stuck with not prompt customer service. Apparently, the company is located overseas (Israel I believe) and they obviously do not realize that customer service and support are the most crucial aspect to any product available on the market. On the other hand, when it comes to functionality, that unit is a bit large in size which makes it heavy to be carried around on your neck.
- It works! I love the crisp, clear and surprisingly effective stereo + surround sound. I’ve found myself turning my head to follow a sudden off-screen sound. Make sure to create your customized hearing profile in the app first, and then pair the two so the Proxy can download and accommodate your specific needs. It’s simple to use, and it stays charged through a football game plus a basketball game plus a movie. It works as well as anything I have purchased in my life. The only negative comes if you need to charge the Proxy while you are using it. The mini USB port is on the inside at the lower right and the charging cable can be in the way of a perfectly comfortable fit. It connects easily to the Bluetooth on my Sony TV and has excellent range — I can walk to the kitchen and keep listening. Please note that you can only pair one of them directly to the TV at any time. Their Bluetooth repeater with the antennas will handle two connected devices simultaneously.
- I like simple. The ear buds [Apple type], I can not use. Something more to carry in your ppckets...requires you to take out when phone is ringing. Takes about 3-4 rings before you can answer. Neckband products hang around...ready to use. This one is exactly as advertised. I use mine for when I\'m working. Speakers are insanely loud. Other features work well too. The only issues I have...the ear buds volume could use some twinking. Too low even at full volume. Other than that...this is what I was lookin for.
- My wife and I were excited to hear about this product I bought two because was looking for something with retractable buds and also to wear around your neck reminded of the flex Bluetooth which they don\'t make anymore has great sound and clarity easy to connect only bad thing is mine and my wife didn\'t won\'t even turn even with the original charger still impressed with the product gonna see if I can get replacement should be warranty will keep updated
