- The screen and housing itself was of stupendous quality. I have gotten screen replacements from phone repair shops before that were of much less quality, so this was surprising and quite the relief.However, the heat pipe that came with the screen I ordered was of such terrible quality, that I had no choice but to carefully remove the one from my old screen and use that one instead. The heat pipe I received in the new screen housing was green/rusted, dented, and torn.Besides that though, this was top shelf quality!
- Well, Long story short. I completed this change from my broken stuff over to new back glass & this product of the screen + frame all today in a span of one hour while using the video called: \"Samsung Galaxy Note 9 - How to Take Apart & Replace LCD Glass Screen by Serg Tech\" off of youtube. I would recommend this video as it helped a ton for myself to get this all transferred over & replaced. I do recommend purchasing a new back glass as it will have the adhesives & incase you break it in the process (like I did) but everything works perfect now! So glad I saved myself money & surprised how easy it truly was to fix my phone!Nothing has been out of place. it just feels like my phone when I got it brand new when it still was worth $1,400.Now to be honest, I was VERY worried this product would flop but it really hasn\'t & with the proper installation & everything, I\'m so very proud that this worked out & sure, it wasn\'t a cheap item, but sure beats having to buy a brand new phone saving me money in the end! As a mother, money isn\'t easy these days so if you are ever in the boat needing your screen fixed, go for this. Sure beats having to pay someone else plus labor & all that. 10/10 Recommend!Photos contain my phone now with the new set up & my old stuff all broken & gross. (Ignore the cat. She doesn\'t like to get off my lap no matter what lol.)
- Defective screen, vendor will not replace. Wants me to buy another defective screen from them!! Bad business!!
- Its working fine so far. Install took me about 2hrs. To install. Doesn\'t have some of the gold contacts but still works good at this time
- This is the 2nd LCD/Housing I have purchased and both won\'t hold the S-Pen in place. When they assembled these housings theres supposed to be a plastic piece in the tunnel of the S-Pen that holds the pen in place. I took apart my old one to see if I can remove the old piece and transfer it to the new housing but you can\'t because there isn\'t any access to it unless you remove the actual LCD screen from the housing. The first time this happened I thought it was a fluke and I dealt with it, but giving top dollar and this one is the same way. I will NOT purchase from this seller again.
- Was quite easy to install the old parts. Unfortunately I received a dying screen. The quality of the screen was quite bad as well. Definitely did not look as crisp as my original screen very pixelated and had a weird square around the Samsung startup logo. Overall at this point should\'ve just saved a couple hundred more and bought a new phone altogether.
