- Updated to a 3..battery will not last longer than 2 hours..I can\'t work with that. Setup was still super easy and sound quality excellent but on an 8 hour shift I can\'t be recharging every 2 hours.Had a SAVI 430 that was over 5 years old and I refused to give it up - I loved it!! But - it can only charge so many times before it just literally just wore out (but I kept trying lol) - this was a super easy setup - simply plugged in - in the middle of a busy day and rebooted and I was done! - do read the manual (online) for auto start off the charger tips lol (was not used to having to actually turn the headset on!) AND you can replace the battery! OMG!! who knew??? No more replacing headsets - just a battery! May buy one just for safekeeping! If I find this doesn\'t continue to live up to my expectations, I will re-review it!
- Fortunately, there is the internet from which an owners manual is available for download or consultation!Sound cancelling is fantastic, battery life is exceptional and the ability to pair with multiple types of inputs is fantastic.The earpiece is a bit uncomfortable and syncing with a computer via the USB interface requires some gymnastics.

- Our new receptionist didn\'t like the headset she inherited (one of those with a headband). She asked for one that goes in the ear. I searched and Googled and examined all the Amazon options, and landed on this. I had never heard of Leitner, but the ratings were good, and I figured if she didn\'t like it, I had 30 days to return it. Cut to the chase...she loves it! The sound is much clearer than her old Plantronics unit. And it\'s so comfortable. It plugged right into our Mitel phone system and worked right away...no monkeying around to try and figure it out. Already it goes further away from the base than the old system. Next week I\'ll call her and see how far away from the desk she can walk. In the meantime, we couldn\'t be happier.

- I work from home and have three dogs, a husband and 3 kids....so the noise cancellation has to be great! It is! The 100lb dog barks at the doorbell and no one even hears it! I don\'t have a landline- so having a headset that works both with my iPhone and my mac is critical. I can switch between the two devices while both are on active calls.Many headsets use Bluetooth to connect to your computer. That is ok- but often leads to issues during video conferences or online meetings since the bandwidth for most home connections varies with speed and strength. The Leitner Smart 370 has a USB connection for its base to your computer. This prevents voice issues from the wifi speed during calls. Also- if you leave your phone near the little base- the range for the headset Bluetooth to the iPhone is very powerful! So be sure to try that if you are connecting Bluetooth to a phone and USB to a computer!So, bottom line- it was worth the added cost to buy the top of the line....and honestly- I wasted as much as I spent on this headset on the 5-6 others that I tried first. So just do yourself a favor and go for it!And even if you don\'t need the support person- call them anyway! They are amazing! I am serious. I called to make sure I had it correct since I followed the instructions myself. BINGO- he reassured me and helped me with my training---aka- user error. Plus he sent me a gift card! Who really does that nowadays! They do thank you for calling support! :> SO ENJOY IT!
- I\'ve been using corded headsets for quite sometime and I\'ve been putting up with a lot of unnessary hassle and decided to upgrade to a wireless one. I have a growing consulting business and spend a lot of time on the phone with clients. I read several reviews of various brands and models and decided to go wih a high quality one and choose Leitner based on the numerous reviews I read that raved about the sound quaity. The 5 year warranty was icing on the cake. It certainly isn\'t the cheapest (actully it\'s one of the most expensive), but if I get 5 good years out of it, it will end up being a bargain.I had a problem with the initial setup and reached out to customer service for help. I got hold of somoene immediately and during the discussion realized the problem the was quite simple and had nothing to do with the equipment, it was my own fault. I actually enjoyed the customer service interaction which is not someting I say very often.I\'ve found the sound quality, the comfort of the headset, and the material quality of the base and headset to be excellent and I\'m very happy with the purchase.I decided to get the Smartset 370 model that allows the typical connections to your deskphone and computer and also has the added benefit of connecting to your cell phone through bluetooth which I\'ve found to be a great feature, well worth the extra charge.
- After 3 attempts to find the right headset I think I was successful. I felt a bit like Goldilocks. First one didn’t fit. Second one did not fit and the volume was bad. This set, although still learning how to use seems to fit right and I figured out how the volume works after 3 days of straining to hear. Now I just have to figure out how to answer my soft phone being away from the desk.I called in for the concierge service and was greeted by a very friendly, clear speaking person on the other end. He helped initially set up the phone.CON. The ear piece is uncomfortable after about 4 hours of wearing. Need to give my ear a break wish it was more cushioned
