- I had a booster before something happened and it stopped working. In a metal bldg sometimes the service is louse. Tried this unit because it had a 4 star rating and was much cheaper than other boosters. It was slow to pick up a signal until I started rotating the outside antenna finally found a tower and now have 3 bars on my phone consistently. We will see, it seems to help so far. Will let you know later. Update works great. Thanks

- Assembly and install was a little complicated. Sturdy and good quality. Only notice a slight signal boost.
- The good news is that the core technical functionality does the job, providing an alternative boost to your cell tower signals, so 4 stars for that. However, the instructions provided are not easy to follow and while there are many pictures, it is difficult to figure out the total layout of how to make this work best and how to evaluate your own space environment to install it the best way. But with some effort and online searching for ideas and hintd, can be a help to your reception challenges. My biggest complaint about the system is that it lacks style, quality and good design for pieces that you are expected to attach to a wall in your living space. The internal antenna box is housed in very cheap, off-white plastic, fairly large, and even has crudely etched large black words on the front \"Indoor Panel Antennas\" I don\'t want that hanging on my living room wall where it is most needed so am trying to figure out where to put it somewhat out of sight where it will still work. So mixed bag - works, but ugly.
- The system is very straightforward to connect. I tested the system and ran some tests which verified that the booster works with both T-Mobile and Verizon phones. The increase in cell signal strength isn\'t obvious when it is connected nor does it immediately boost available signal. For example, if your phone shows 1 bar, it may show 1 to 2 bars with no obvious improvement.In testing, I put the antenna outdoors and discovered that it is very directional so one has to get it aligned to the cell towers. I placed the outdoor antenna and repeatedly ran speed tests on my phones. Before the booster, I was getting 500kbs to 5Mbps with most tests running 1.5Mbps. On one of the tests after setting the outdoor antenna position, I was reliably getting 30Mbps.The internal antenna seems to have a range about 20 feet but I\'m not sure and will have to test it once I have it permanently installed.I look forward to a permanent installation where I mount the antenna higher on a pole and place the internal antenna in a central location to maximize performance and capability.
- I got this booster because my connection with my phone has not been as good as it has in recent years. It was very easy to set up and the booster works but not as well as I expected. But outside of the it not working up to my expectations, it is a very solid cell phone signal booster.
- The antennae does boost our signal and was easy to install.
