We had the replacement phone in our home and activated with in 48 hours. Which is incredible considering we are in Florida and Trade more ships from Texas. This review is about the sellers, they are quite good people. They returned my money when I mentioned an observation with the phone. I bought two phones from them and both of them are good, one day one phone had an issue where I couldn’t hear the caller’s voice without putting the phone on speaker.Seller not only sent a return label but also returned my money as soon as they received the phone. Pretty decent team.
My iphone X broke (after 5 and a half years), no SIM could be recognized anymore. Didn\'t want to go all out on brand new yet since there isn\'t a redesign as of 3/23. iPhone 12 pro upgraded enough to feel up-to-date with the modern design, camera system, current software features, lightning fast processing, 5g, etc. Only big differences between 12 pro and 14 pro (which is the newest atm) to me is the \"dynamic island\" which probably isn\'t too big a deal to most, and the refresh rate of 60hz which was upgraded to 120hz in the 13pro. In my opinion those features just weren\'t worth the additional $500. I\'m happy with where it is until a major redesign. Feels like a new iPhone for half the price and I really like it!
The phone is in great condition. The only problem I have with is are the speakers are not the best. So that’s why I gave a 4 star review. Sometimes it’s hard to hear the caller. However my mother claims she hears me better on the other end than when I had my google pixel 6.

El teléfono llego en buen estado, 85 % de la batería sin embargo al ser un teléfono renovado es lo que más o menos se espera. Solo vino con un pequeño golpecito en la parte frontal lateral . Vino con protector de pantalla incluido
Cosmetics are very good, few if any scratches on screen or camera lenses. Reported battery health is 86%. After a day of light use I haven\'t detected anything broken.(Coming from a fully functional SE 2020, the 12 Pro is a big upgrade. Face ID works well, the screen is gorgeous, apps open faster, internet is faster (fine before), I can read the screen on sunny days, and the camera is better.)
