- I had an email from the company within 30 minutes of placing my order. I was worried that the photo I wanted to use wouldn\'t work, but they assured me it would and they were right.
- Easy to assemble. Attractive. Heavy - don\'t think anyone is going to walk off with it (lol). The unit didn\'t work at first. Called customer service and was instructed to check to see if the connection had separated within the column. It had. Reconnected and it works great.
- When you spend this much for a charging station, you expect it to arrive in pristine condition. The base of the unit is scratched, chipped, and has blue paint on it. As a public high school library, we have limited funds. I could have purchased charging stations that were a lot less expensive, but I was hoping the quality of this product would be worth the additional expense. Hopefully, it holds up electronically better than it looks.
- The customizable stand looks great! The graphics team at KwikBoost did a great job with it and very quickly. Shipping was fast. Th product was very easy to put together - just four screws and it is ready to go.
- love the way the charging station works and it is very fast. the only problem was the right side of the charging station did not work so we use the left side which is fine but it would of been nice if both sides worked
- Product was easy to assemble. Our image looks great on it. Charges phones as expected. We have 4 throughout our campus commons areas so students can charge their devices ... and they do.
