Not sure about this phone. It is refurbished (first one I\'ve ever bought). It came on perfect condition. NO original charger. Only got phone & charger. No BTS stuff either- ad stated yes- oh well. Phone beautiful color, but has done constant updates & you can\'t stop them. To much purple on screen- but I\'m guessing this is for BTS. Never had samsung before. I don\'t like how one page you swipe up- next is left. Doesn\'t seem consistent in trying to find things.Can\'t figure out if I am burning thru my minutes or not when away from house. Old phone I would switch over to connect to internet- this I have had to do it sometimes but it takes forever to connect.The bottom of screen buttons for home & go back seem to close to keyboard &/or very sensitive. A lot of times I accidentally touch & leave what page I\'m on ir typing.Not impressed with pix quality.Battery life seems really good, BUT phone charger gets very hot when charging & phone. Also phone gets hot after long usage. So potentially a huge problem with lithium battery.
I was curious why there were no reviews in 2022. This phone got delivered very quickly, but the condition of the screen was fair at best. I was expecting excellent condition. There are a few sellers for this model, but mine did not response to a replacement request. An Amazon rep said they would try to reach out to them.Pros: - The phone does include the BTS customizations - It\'s a pretty phoneCons: - Screen has at least 2 scratches/scuffs detectable by touch - One of the sellers is unresponsive - None of the original packaging or merch
I love when it I got it but the only issue I had is that it came broken and had to send it to samsung to get it fix but other than that good.sadly it didn\'t came with the box.
OMG I LOVE IT!! It really is like new. Wish it came in the original box but overall it\'s still a great phone
I finally was able to snag this BTS limited edition as a refurbished item... Although I missed out on the box and collector cards, the phone is amazing and like brand new...

Phone is in brand new condition. Atttt seller, very clear and helpful. Phone came super fast and accepted my Xfinity Sim Card. However if that fails, it is also accepted on the Tmobile network. I\'m moving to S. Korea next summer so this is a perfect buy for me. Very pleased and happy. Thank You.
